Can zenCELL owl do fluorescence imaging like Incucyte?+
zenCELL owl is a brightfield (transmitted light) system and does not currently support fluorescence imaging. If fluorescence is essential for your specific assay, zenCELL owl may not fully replace Incucyte for those experiments. However, for all brightfield applications – confluence, migration, cytotoxicity, spheroid monitoring – zenCELL owl is a complete and superior alternative.
